Promaster automation tool and reports

As a promaster I need to make promapp reflect my organisation. My organisation changes quickly so I need a way that I can update promaster users with roles, responsibilities, ownership and rights every day.

Bronze level option : give Promasters the ability to upload a spreadsheet which UPDATES the rights / roles / Group permissions / Enabled or Disabled status of users. We can then use automation tools we have to generate the update spreadsheet on a regular basis.

I tried to update 147 users to "Enabled = No" using spreasheet import. The import was successful but nothing changed for the users.

Silver level option : Allow the linking of security group membership to Promapp Rights. Providing this option lets this work be shifted left to the IT support teams and away from Promasters. As a stretch goal do the same for Roles.

Gold level option : Provide a comprehensive API for user provisioning that allows integration with what ever scripting/automation tool the customer has by using standard WebHook technology. This would allow powershell, power automate or Nintex products to interact with Promapp users and provision/de-provision them.
