Link to web-based system direct from systems tag/list

If we want to link to a web-based system (e.g. workday) we talk about using Workday, creating the systems tag, but would have to add the url as a weblink. Could you add a URL to the systems list that allows you to click on the workday tag directly in this case to access the system? This would simplify the process, removing the need for the additional weblink.
