Option to add the tenant ID to the web view in Nintex Analytics

Since we use 2 tenants, it would be better to have "Tenant ID" column in Nintex Analytics so that we can identify which tenant that the Forms/Workflows belongs to.

We are using multiple SPO tenants and managing usage with Nintex Insights.

In the Forms-List of Nintex Insights, we would like to be able to identify which SharePoint tenant a form belongs to.

We would like to see tenant information such as tenant name and tenant ID displayed.

Additionally, we would like the display of the form's publisher to include not only the display name but also the email address.

    Background of the request:

In preparation for the discontinuation of SPO Add-ins (April 2, 2026), we would like to have a clear understanding of which tenant's forms are being used for migration purposes.

Thanks for the feedback. I've changed this to 'Open for voting' to see if more people are interested. We do think that this is a valuable filtering option.

Agree that the filtering should include the Tenant Name or the Data Connection Name, especially when we have multiple tenants/data connections under the same Data Connection Type (SharePoint on-prem, NAC)

I would support to go with tenant name too, currently I have 5 data connections for on prem

Hi Yukiko, thanks for your suggestion. I am assuming you are referring to the Workflow and Forms tables. I was thinking tenant name instead of tenant ID, what are your thoughts on that?

I believe that tenant name would be the way to go - we have 2 current data connections to SharePoint on prem and would make it easier if we could filter the data connections by name to see what connection the workflows are on.. Any idea when this might be available?
