Improve how folder viewing permissions are managed

It's very difficult to set up viewing permissions... several steps that are tough to follow and remember. Plus even looking at the indented folder structure just below is nearly impossible to do with naked eye. Plus I think I saw inconsistencies in how parent-child indentation was displayed.

    Hi,

    We have started the redesign of the viewing permission page for improved performance and usability. We're also implementing adding roles to a permission so permissions don't need to be applied on a per-user basis.

    Hi Kerry,
    Is there a timeframe on this development? We are a large (and growing) organisation, the more processes and documents we add to Promapp, the harder it is for the user to find anything.
    Connecting users to permission groups in an automated way is desperately needed.

    Great to hear this has been started! At present I am facing the issue of not knowing which user I need to assign to a permission group where I have multiple users with the same name. The users have different email addresses but the email address cannot be viewed from the viewing permissions area.
