Show process changes in printed versions of procedures

One of our favourite features in Promapp is the ability to compare versions and see the differences visually. Great for approvals and notifications as it allows people to note the differences without needing the re-read the entire process.

Because some of our teams are not desk based, some teams have the need to print our processes especially for approval. However the compare changes doesn’t show up when printing to PDF.

It would be very helpful if there was the ability to do this – either driven from the setting within the process or an additional option on the print dialogue.

    Thank you very much for posting your feedback on Showing process changes in printed versions of procedures. At this time, we will not be adding this request to the near-term backlog, as we are focused on improving our search and process variation capabilities and delivering sequential approvals. However, we reevaluate requests every quarter and will reach out if priorities change. Please keep the feedback coming as it is critical for our longer-term planning.
