    I would like to add to this, make it easy for the Promaster to access the backend notifications. At the moment the Promaster is receiving notifications different to the person in the role of Promaster. We used to have a bypass link but that now requires a username and password to be entered, which isn't an option when using SSO.

    Plus, make it easy for the user to add a role, when they come into the system for the first time I recommend a prompt for them to request a role so the Promaster can add them to their related processes asap.
