Excel Exports to include Process ID

I think it would be great if the Excel exports includes the Process ID. An example of a use case would be:
Following up on overdue (review) processes. We would download the report, and follow up with the process owners and experts (outside of Promapp).
Then if we were to run the report again a week later, we can use the Process ID to filter out the ones we have already contacted.

We can use Process names at the moment, but that can be changed (in the future) and is not something unique that stays with the process.

Thanks for this suggestion. I believe you may get this functionality with our new Reporting APIs but I will follow up

We download a number of reports from Promapp into excel format. When we are trying to merge this data for specific reporting scenarios we get miss matches on the processes that the names have changed.

Hi @Zoe, if the Reporting API does include a Process ID, will it also be added in the Reports generated from Promapp or will Process ID be exclusive to the Reporting API?

I'm asking because I know the Reporting API is considered an add-on and is not included in the Enterprise Licence.

@Zoe the 'new' Reporting APIs mentioned in your comment above in August 2019 has not yet been released, and the API for process management has been removed from the roadmap.

In the absence of the API we need to have this unique ID appearing on the Process List report for the same reason Anthony gives.... there's no other unique information about a process to be able match information across a variety of reports.

We need one or the other ie either the API or the unique identifier appearing on excel reports, and soon.

Hi @Zoe Clelland, could we get an update on this please.

It's great that this feature will come with Reporting APIs, however from my understanding that feature kept getting pushed back and back. It's been more than a year since your comment and we still don't have an ETA for the Reporting API.

Since the Reporting API feature is taking a while, is it possible to include the Process ID in the Process List report generated in Promapp?

The Process ID already exists in Promapp, if you export a process to XML in the XML file you can see there's a unique ID already assigned to every process in Promapp. It would be great if that attribute can be mapped so that it is included the Process List report.
