Minimode sharing

We need a safe guard by password or link expiry when sharing process through minimode. Currently processes shared via minimode can be viewed by any competitors if they possess the link. The current feature of being able to share processes to those users who have access rights is neither useful in our case, since in that case we could just use the the website link. If this feature would be enable we could have our processes shared in a more interactive and comprehensive way to third parties for compliance or communication purposes.

    We would like to make some processes or groups of processes that are available to all staff available only to a registered user with a minimal mode sharing link. This would provide a safer environment for the organization.

    There would be value in the ability to restrict Minimode links at the process level and document level. Current all or nothing system is limiting as some information needs to be shared and other information should only be for internal access.
