Add additional access level

I would like to have a 4th access level in Promapp. Currently all users can create Processes,which is correct for a number of users, but we also need a 'Read Only' access level, for users who should have access to Promapp, but should not be able to create Processes.

    Very cool idea! I have opened for voting to gauge interest. Not on near term roadmap but we will continue to monitor

    Maybe I haven't understood your suggestions properly, but is there a reason why you wouldn't just use the config setting you can turn on to restrict process creation to Promasters, Business Analysts and Process Champions only?

    Config/Process Editing
    Restrict process creation to only PMs, BAs and PCs (Default: Off)

    This is definitely something we would require also. Not all of our users will need to create a process. But all will be required to view.
