Improve @todo layout in Edit procedure - make it wider!

Currently the @todo box that displays at the bottom of the screen is a tiny narrow list:
- hard to read.
- shows limited items and requires scrolling
- plenty of space available to make the box wider
- easy CSS (style sheets) fix

A few votes will help to make this easy fix and usability improvement.
Refer to the two screenshots.

The one on the left is the suggested fix, the one on the right is the current @todo layout.

    Thank you very much for posting your feedback on Improving @todo layout in Edit procedure. At this time, we will not be adding this request to the near-term backlog, as we are focused on improving our search and process variation capabilities and delivering sequential approvals. However, we reevaluate requests every quarter and will reach out if priorities change. Please keep the feedback coming as it is critical for our longer-term planning.
