Create option to link to network file path rather than pop error message

When linking documents to files in a network path we often have to past the path into a note to avoid using the upload link option that pops up an error message. It would be way more efficient to actually link to the file path, so users can go directly to the file (if they have access) rather than copying and pasting into Explorer.

    Thanks for this suggestion, I can certainly see why this would be valuable. While not on our near term roadmap, I have opened for voting and we will continue to monitor.
