'My Changes' notification for Favourited processes

My Changes notification should also be triggered by changes to processes you have favourited.

Currently My Changes notification will only occur for:
- Processes where you are an Owner or Expert of,
- Processes where your role is a participant of, or
- Processes where you have been added (either user or role) as a RACI which is controlled by the Process Owner/Expert

There is no way for a User to 'opt-in' to view changes of a particular process.
Favouriting a process, I believe, is already an indication that the User is interested in the process. Thus, if they have already shown interest in the process (by favouriting it), it would be reasonable to also have changes highlighted to the User (through My Changes notifications).

    Thank you very much for posting your feedback. At this time, we will not be adding this request to the near-term backlog, as we are focused on improving our search and process variation capabilities and delivering sequential approvals. However, we reevaluate requests every quarter and will reach out if priorities change. Please keep the feedback coming as it is critical for our longer-term planning.
