Report on broken links

It would be extremely useful if Promapp could at the very least produce a report on any broken web links in processes (ie. links to intranet or internet that are no longer accurate or available)

    Thanks for the feedback. This isn't a priority for us right now unfortunately - and we can't check the availability of your internal intranet links, but we'll monitor this idea for interest from other clients.

    Hopefully regular process and document reviews can catch these broken links.

    I agree this would be an amazing feature and can think of many times where it would have saved a lot of time for us

    After discussing the implementation of this with the technical team we concluded it wouldn't be feasible to implement this. We'd need to ensure that the link resolved, as well as ensuring it was to the correct page.

    The best solution for now would be to periodically run the Linked Documents and Web Links report, and check each link for accuracy, or include this check as part of regular process reviews.
