Promasters given ability to override/correct training completed dates

If one of the staff enter the wrong date, or accidentally leave the completed date as defaulting to today's date you can't change it without contacting promapp support. Promasters should be able to do this.

    Promasters and Training administrators can remove completed training, and re-add the correct training details.

    This issue has been raised previously by several clients and we do have plans to remedy this in the near future.
