Provide a word 'replace with' function like Microsoft has

When we re-brand a product name/team name, the name needs to be changed in every single process (mainly notes and tasks). To avoid having to change it in every single process, I would welcome an option like Microsoft has to replace a word with another word in all my processes. It would save a lot of time.

Thank you very much for posting your feedback. At this time, we will not be adding this request to the near-term backlog, as we are focused on improving our search and process variation capabilities and delivering sequential approvals. However, we reevaluate requests every quarter and will reach out if priorities change. Please keep the feedback coming as it is critical for our longer-term planning.

Great idea. However this isn't a priority for us right now but we'll open this up for voting to gather interest from other clients.

For now you could consider using Systems. You can include these as swimlane roles or type '#' in a process, start typing and get a quick list of Systems to select from. In the case of a name change you only have to change the System and everywhere it's referenced will be updated.

Thanks again for getting in touch.

    Thanks for the suggestion.

You could utilise lean and system tags so updates can be done across multiple processes at once, but I can see how this would be beneficial for process editors for generic words and terms.

This isn't on our roadmap right now but we'll open this up for voting from other clients.

You can use the browsers own 'Find' function (Ctrl + F) to search for words in a process. Both Internet Explorer and Chrome have this function.

    1. provide a 'Word search bar' within the process please

    2. Perhaps you can provide the function replacing repetitive word to be replaced at once in the edit page.

Replacing text with new text across multiple processes would save a lot of time.
