Duplicate Feedback

We wish to only retain feedback where the feedback is relevant to the current version of the process.

It is a helpful feature for declined comments to be duplicated as negative feedback, however the issues relating to the declined approval are usually readily overcome, and should be able to be removed once they are dealt with. The proper place for the permanent recording of comments for change proposals, approvals and declines is the change log. The duplicate information in the feedback is not helpful beyond the short term.


Please consider an enhancement to allow feedback created this way to be deleted in the same way as other feedback.

    Thank you very much for posting your feedback. At this time, we will not be adding this request to the near-term backlog, as we are focused on improving our search and process variation capabilities and delivering sequential approvals. However, we reevaluate requests every quarter and will reach out if priorities change. Please keep the feedback coming as it is critical for our longer-term planning.

    Thanks for the suggestion. This isn't a priority on our roadmap right now, but we'll open it up for voting, and monitor interest from other customers.
