In addition to "all staff" have additional swimlane roles such as "process owner" or "business analyst" capability

We have generic processes that we would like all persons who are "process owners" and "editors" or permissions of "business analysts" to be automatically assigned to them. In otherwords, we can create those generic processes such as Project management processes with swimlanes like "all staff" or "process owner" or "business analyst" and automatically then the process is part of their "Processes I am in" dashboard. (Just like "all staff" we do not have to assign users individually to the swimlane, this is done automatically.)

This way, processes are communicated and implemented with these persons the same way processes are when assigned to any swimlanes.

    Thanks for the suggestion.

    You can do that right now, you will just need to create those roles - 'Process Owner' and 'Business Analyst', add the appropriate users to them and those processes will appear in the 'Processes I'm In' view.
