Create a view and feedback only version interface of Promapp

We want Promapp to be the single source for all processes within out organisation. As the majority of our staff are process recipents rather then owners, champions, experts or authors, it would be great if there was a view and feedback only version that all untrained staff could access to view published process and provide feedback.

    Thanks for getting in touch. This sounds like a perfect case for our sharing feature - Minimode. You can send links to groups and processes which can be viewed by users without a Promapp login.

    You can use the config item in Process Editing to restrict process creation to Promasters, Business Analysts, Process Champions, Owners and Experts.

    Then Promapp becomes exactly what you've asked for - a place where untrained staff can view published processes and provide feedback.
