Enable more than one activity in decision matrix

When you have a decision, you can set it to go to next activity, another process or add in another activity completely but it can only be one activity with multiple tasks. Would like to be able to add at least another additional activity. Find we add heaps of details to the tasks/notes and it can become messy. There’s not enough to warrant a whole new process but too much to fit into just the one activity

    Thanks for the feedback. We don't have this idea on our roadmap right now but we'll open this up for voting to gauge interest from other customers.

    It would be great if a decision box (diamond) can connect to an existing activity or process step. Or an activity connected from a decision box would be able to connect to another activity or process step.

    This is definitely needed. Sometimes there is more than one activity following a decision before the Outputs, but there is no way of Promapp supporting this currently.

    Definitely needed, the decision box is great but limited if you can only add one activity. 2-3 would be optimal.

    I agree that this is important and I have voted for your request / suggestion. I have submitted a request / suggestion as well which summarizes different suggestion for improvements of the decision functionality so that we can capture all votes for improvements in regards to decision in one request / suggestion and hopefully get a higher number of votes that way to improve the changes that these improvements gets implemented.
