Add "Import" functionality to Improvement add-on

Similar to the Risk Module, there should be an option to import improvements following a template. We have the need with our quality and compliance team to upload "history" to Promapp and the only way we are able to do this is manually one by one, instead of being able to use a massive upload funcitonality.

We use the Improvements module to track incidents (errors, quality control enhancements, exceptions, etc.) As interest in using the Improvements module increases at my company, the ability to import historical information would be a game-changer. Then we could show them the immediate benefit of YOY trend analysis and then teach them how to use the workflow going forward.

Yes please, This would assist our adoption of the module as we have extensive historical risk data to add

I too would love the ability to import a csv file as we have 1,000s of improvements but the thought of having to enter each one individually is a nightmare.
