Improved functionality to search/assign responsibilities and roles

When assigning a responsibility or role in the "Select Role" popup, there is no easy way to search other than scrolling down what is a rather large list.
It would be good if there was a way to quick search the name of the role that would then filter only those that match the desired search term. This would save a lot of time.

    It would also be helpful to have separate icons for a role and responsibility so when searching to tag a role or responsibility it is easily identified as a role or responsibility. One person icon makes sense for a role and the current icon makes sense for a responsibility.

    Thanks for the suggestion. We have plans to improve this UI as part of our Delegation of Ownership/Authority work. We do not have a date set as yet but this is on our long term roadmap.
