New view for feedback in processes

The new left hand display for feedback still requires further work.

Viewing historic feedback was actually better through the previous display. Especially when trying to give auditors a full picture of feedback, response and whether it is resolved.

It is not clear in the new display if something is resolved or not.

It also isn't intuitive where the historic feedback is located. As you have it hidden behind a button that is titled 'Give feedback'

    Thanks for your idea. I'll pass this onto our UX team to consider as part of future improvements. For now we'll leave this open for voting to gauge interest from other clients.
