display the list if user's name tagged or email tagged as minimode

"Process View by users" report is not that helpful if users who viewed the SOP are tagged as minimode. We are pushing for SOP usage and we need to identify who are the people using our SOPs and those who don't. Can you help us extract and collect the email addresses & names of users who view the SOPs?

    Thanks for the feedback. When a logged-in user views a minimode link the view is counted against their name, when an anonymous user views a link we have no visibility of their name or email address. In order to record a view against a person they will need a Promapp account, and also be logged into that account when viewing a minimode process.

    Depending on where your minimode links are being stored, the only way to track this would be recording that data when clicking on the link through telemetry of that site.

    At this time we cannot proceed with this idea due to the technical limitation of anonymous viewing, but we'll keep this idea open for feedback from other clients.
