Improvements Module

There should be the ability for the system to email the assigned users when actions are due rather than have them appear on their dashboard - this is a major issue for us. The Improvements add-on could be a brilliant tool if the the somewhat restrictive issues were fixed (those noted here in the user voice community are excellent and well worth investigating)
