Instances Page/Dashboard

Can we have the default filter of Instances set to all instances? and have the Search/Filter paner minimized/collapsed, only if we want to filter the instance view to expand the Filter Panel/Area/Section?

    Will look to fine tune instance list over time. Will decline for now.

    Thank you for your feedback. We intend to continue to improve on the instances page as well as the other pages in the dashboard.
