Show expired trial more clearly when opening designer

I would be nice to show a toaster indicating my trial has expired BEFORE I spend the time designing it and then finding out I cannot save it....

    The styling and messaging of the trial expiry banner in the top navigation has been updated to provide better clarity of the status of the trial state of the tenant.
