Stage Beacons - remove beacon data required field

Please remove the requirement of having mandatory Beacon Data, Stage Name should be the only requirement. Have a mandatory Beacon creates a lot more work structuring the data for reporting. You end up with a lot of data will NULL data that must be filtered out.
