I agree that the ability to shuffle the branches around would be a great help. I am currently revising a workflow that has five stages, each of which has several steps in it. Now I need to add a sixth branch, and it needs to be inserted between the first and second branches. It sure would be nice if I could create the new branch and then just move it into the position where I need it. I am aware that it's the Change stage function that actually prompts which stage is next, but visually, on the design canvas, it doesn't appear this way. A new branch will always appear at the end of the Branch by stage tree, even when it is not the final stage. This can be misleading even to the designer, especially when it has been a while since the logic of the workflow has been examined.
