Add Microsoft Azure SQL Connector

Ability to read, write, create, delete and get a list (including filtering) of data from Microsoft Azure SQL.

Would be great if these connectors were available as data source variables so that I can bring in a SQL table data source into my form to 'create', 'edit' or 'delete' a record in a Azure SQL table. Not just to read a record.
