Petty cash summaries

Need transparency on historic petty cash claims. I.e. no way to check where a particular person's travel reimbursements were paid up until in last claim without going to emails. It would also be good to be able to see if where claims are sitting in the approval process so we can inform employees, like we have in redmap for suppliers.
