Connector Information

It would be really nice to have more information about the various connectors, like a description and link to their site. For instance, I found the WorkingDays connector in the NWC list and it looks very useful. However, it took me forever to find their web site, in this particular example because their name is so close to Workday. (complicated further by Google's insistence on changing it!)

It would be great to be able to go to the settings page and scan to find helpful apps and jump right to the product page. It might also save us time trying to find ways to do things that already exist elsewhere, like counting only business days and excluding holidays.
