Password entry to form or resubmission

would like to be able to create forms that need a password to either enter - i.e. first page is enter email to open form. the email triggers an action to send to that nominated email a link for the next part of the form and another email containing a generated password to enter.

AND / OR

upon a resubmission request or for a patient/original user to re-enter a form to correct a mistake or reupload a sensitive document, have them enter a password. upon assign task state if rejected option is selected, you can either close case or have it loop/state machine back to the patient/user and prompt them with an email with a link back to their specific form and another email with either a procedurally generated password (could be made to follow company password policy?) or a variable created one using information from the submission like DOB of the patient to allow them entry into the form.
