I am creating a Nintex workflow based on a Microsoft Forms workflow. A couple of the questions on the Microsoft form use a Likert-style scale to present a range of options (such as “1 = extremely uncomfortable 2 = uncomfortable 3 = neutral 4 = comfortable 5 = extremely comfortable”) for several factors.
I am not aware of any equivalent Nintex form control, including available plugins, that does this. I think I just need to create a separate single-option choice field for each factor. But this seems a little clunky. Please consider adding this kind of form control.
