Don't send the last reminder together with the escalation of the task

When a task’s escalation time coincides with a reminder interval (i.e., the escalation occurs at a time that is a multiple of the reminder spacing), the system currently sends the final reminder at the same moment the escalation is triggered.

To improve clarity and avoid redundant notifications, please adjust this behavior so that no reminder is sent at the point of escalation.
