add default URL variables for the form, dashboard access etc

I would like to see an enhancement that also has a default URL for the form so that emails for resubmission can link to that.
Same with the Dashboard URL or even the task URL directly.

I discovered that the Task URL does not appear to work outside of the Task Notification / Reminder emails either. Which is disappointing but interesting.
