SharePoint webservice to get SharePoint groups members by ID

Copy the SharePoint webservice call for get members of group by name and allow to pass the ID. When I retrieve a SP list that has Groups, the group ID is returned and not the group name. So I have to make the generic rest call to get the name of the group to use in the rest call to get the group members.
