Ability to bulk delete variables and/or output collections or objects

Ability to mass delete unused variables, output collection or output objects. After migration, there is alot of work to "cleanup" variables and objects that are no longer being used after we rebuild the workflow. We also have issues in general (not related to migration to NAC) of just building workflows and some things being unused after it's all said and done.

  1. You first have to identify each user defined variable in workflow designer to even know what is not being used. If you have 100 variables - this is time consuming. You have to click the three ellipsis and see if trashcan is available.

  2. Then click trash can once you see it's unused.

  3. Then repeat the same logic for each connection category that is created for outputs/objects within designer - sharepoint, azure etc.

Please find a way to allow an option to "delete unused objects and/or variables" or boxes that allow us that grays out the ones in use and allows us to check a box against the ones not in use and delete selected variables etc.
