Terminate any remaining uncompleted tasks on a completed Parallel action.

An example would be a Run Parallel Paths action with a task on each branch. If only one branch is required to be completed before the Parallel action will be completed, then once the Parallel action is completed, all the remaining uncompleted tasks should automatically be terminated.
