Form Rule - Collapse option for a group

It would be nice to have a 'Collapse' option for a group in the rules. Because I would like my group to be 'collapsed' if a field in that group is empty, and conversely, not 'collapsed' if a field in the group is not empty. But I don't want to hide it using the visible option. I want to user to be able to de-collapse the group if he wants to.
