Make a task outcome cancelled or not completed ie not available to task assignee

When a task has 2 outcomes say Approve or Reject, i want a third option not available in the action form or express approval in the email. For instance when the assignee has not actioned, I don't want to auto action it with Reject. I want to make it Cancelled or Not actioned.
