Summary - how to grab all fields (questions and answers) from a form

when it comes to reviewing and or showing the assigned task to approvers etc, is there a way to Summary the form that was completed to show all questions and responses + perhaps files/signatures?
i.e. i want the reviewing form to show a summary of the completed form for the reviewer to easily see and sign off against?

SmartIQ has that as a feature when building the form, you can tick a box that advises "Allow summary" - refer to attached.

Then in the workflow you can add action that can create a pdf document that shows the items appended to the 'Summary' and you can also show responses to a reviewer linking to the the summary.

this would save duplication efforts on re-writing questions and linking form variables where applicable.

You could also simple have an action or workflow/form variable to append form questions/collections if easier with associated response.
