Like the on-premise workflow, need the ability to compare previous value to current value of a column for conditional start of a workflow. 90% of our workflows use conditional start. Without this ability, we will not be able to move many of our workflows into NAC.

    Can you give me an scenario or example of what you are trying to achieve? What applications are you using for your data? SharePoint online list and Nintex Forms for Office 365?
