Increase Columns per Table limit from 25 to 50

We use Nintex Workflow for a number of on site audits and inspections. Many of them have 20-40 measurements they need to take at a single site, during an inspection. The data will be stored in Nintex Tables (and presented to users via Nintex Apps). At the moment the only solution seems to be to create more than one table for the data, which gets ugly fast.
