Dynamic Min / Max rows for repeating section

We previously had an enhancement completed for setting the default number of rows in a repeating section to be dynamic by referencing a variable.

Could we please add the same functionality to the minimum and maximum number of rows please?

In my use case we have people booking in sessions for tutoring. Based on their details we may offer them a maximum of 2 or 3 sessions and would be helpful to restrict the maximum number of rows to this value.
