Change the express approval 'reply to' email from a GUID to something user-friendly and professional

Can we get the express approval 'reply to' email changed from a GUID to something more appropriate and professional? The current display is quite discombobulating and comes across as spam. Our organisation is not able to make use of the express approval functionality for this reason. It would be great if this could be modified somehow. Thanks
