Instance and Task Filtering limited to 3 month window.

A regular complaint from the userbase and us administrators, is the searching for long running instances.... Having to search in blocks of at most 3months is really tedious... moving back 3months at a time is really inefficient...

I get the default 30/60/90 days for common access, but surely the Custom window could allow a wider range, i.e. minimum a year.
