During the configuration of an "Assign a task to multiple people" action, it is possible to specify a Reminder to be sent after a certain unit of time. The number of reminders can be specified dynamically using a variable. However, the unit of time cannot be configured using a variable. We would like the unit of time to also be made dynamic. The same applies to Subsequent Reminders and Escalation. The advantage of this would be that the entire reminder/escalation can be configured using an external lookup table. During the development/testing process, for example, it is useful to send a reminder every 5 minutes, while in production it only needs to be once a week. By making everything dynamic, the workflow does not need to be adjusted, only the external lookup table needs to be maintained.
