Currently, the form access is set to 'Everyone' by default.
It would be nice to be able to configure what is the default access when publishing a workflow with start by form.
For example, in the workflow setting page (https://xxxyyyzzz.workflowcloud.com/dashboard/settings/workflow), we could choose between 3 values:
- EveryOne
- The author of the workflow
- A group to select.
With the current configuration (everyone), if a developer publishes a workflow (for exemple a worklfow in developpement, a test or a POC), this workflow is accessible to everyone. So, an action must always be done to 'hide' this form, so thant everyone using MyNintex screen can't start this workflow.
