Resize workflow testing window so workflow actions can be viewed/edited while testing

Currently, the Workflow Testing log is displayed as a window that covers the workflow canvas. You cannot view the workflow and the workflow testing window at the same time - you have to close the testing window in order to see and navigate through the workflow canvas.

This will allow customers to debug and/or make fixes to the workflow while displaying the testing window. This will improve the current UX as, in order to make fixes, customers have to close out of the testing window and navigate to the action that requires the change. Instead of a window, workflow testing can appear as a resizable pane similar to the actions menu. This will allow customers to keep track of testing progress while making changes to or viewing the workflow. Or perhaps, the existing window could be resizable.
