Add Notes to Utility Actions inside Workflow

Have the ability to add notes to specific actions inside a workflow. Example: If I have a "Set a variable value", I could have notes that explain why I am using this for future workflow owners or if there needs to be an edit in the future, it explains why this utility was used.

Included a mockup of the idea in the attachments.

      Hi @Guest ,

Thanks for your feedback. I'll open this idea up for voting, which will help us with prioritisation against the other ideas here.

In the mean time, you can rename the action to include this context; this context will also appear in the Instance details page.

      1. Open the action menu, click Rename

      2. Add the context as needed, click away from the text box

The Action name is now updated. Depending on the length, the action on the canvas and the config panel heading show a truncated version - Expanding the window of the action name (see above) or hovering on the action config heading (see below) will show the full text.

Hope this might help in the meantime.

      Regards,

      Kate Huynh
